Design Build

There is a huge advantage when ESJ serves as the builder and the designer of the home. This allows Eric Johnson, owner and chief designer/builder, to be with you from the very beginning of your home building journey.

The advantages of Design Build include a more simple process, better site selection, a better balance of budget & features, and a quicker timeline.
