This home was designed to replace an older home torn down on the shores of Lake Norman NC.  The lot had beautiful views but was very skinny.  To optimize the views from every room it was decided the owners suite would go up while giving all the main floor rooms tremendous views that look over the gorgeous pool and terrace area.
